At our salon, we have the following policy for the mutual convenience of both our clients and our salon.
❶ For salon services, your appointment may not be guaranteed if you are more than 10 minutes late as there may be an appointment scheduled after yours.
➋ Notice of appointment cancallation should be made at least 12 hours in advance.
➌ Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: open cuts, sores, and contagious diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
➍ Customers are responsible for their jewelry and personal belongings when moving to different stations.
❺ We do not accept personal checks.
