1. For Salon Services, your appointment may not be guaranteed if you are more than 10 minutes late as there may be appointment scheduled after yours.

2. Notice of appointment cancellation should be made at least 12 hours in advance.

3. Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: Open Cuts, Sore, and Contagious Diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anymore.

4. Customers are responsible for their jewelry and personal belongings with you when moving to different stations

5. We do not accept a personal check.
